How does MeinLeadFlow work?
MeinLeadFlow is embedded into an existing website as a widget – a single code snippet is all it takes. When a prospect visits the website and submits an inquiry, the form guides them step by step through a few targeted questions. Which questions are asked is decided by an AI in the background, based on the services the business has stored in its profile: a photovoltaic inquiry requires different details than a mandate inquiry at a law firm. Location and contact details are always captured reliably and deterministically – no AI is involved there. At the end, the business receives a structured, pre-qualified inquiry by email: the requested service, all answers, the location matched against the service area, and a brief AI assessment.
Is MeinLeadFlow a chatbot?
No. MeinLeadFlow is deliberately not a chatbot: there is no chat window, no simulated conversation, and no freely generated AI responses to visitors. Visitors see a normal, guided form with selection options and short input fields. The AI works exclusively and invisibly in the background, selecting the appropriate questions. What sets MeinLeadFlow apart from a traditional contact form?
A traditional contact form shows every visitor the same fields – usually name, email, and a message box. The result is incomplete inquiries (“please call me back”) that have to be qualified over the phone. MeinLeadFlow instead dynamically asks the questions that match the specific inquiry, checks the postal code against the business’s service area, and delivers an inquiry that can be acted on immediately. Who is MeinLeadFlow for?
MeinLeadFlow is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses in Germany where every inquiry is individual: skilled trades businesses (electrical, solar, plumbing, heating, roofing, construction), agencies and web designers, law firms, and real estate companies. All that is required is an existing website – the widget works with any system, from WordPress to custom-built sites.
Is MeinLeadFlow GDPR-compliant?
Data protection is part of the architecture: the widget sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser, so it does not trigger any cookie banner requirement. Visitor consent is built directly into the form. Inquiry data is stored with European providers; AI processing happens exclusively server-side. Businesses receive a data processing agreement (DPA) as well as a ready-made template text for their own privacy policy.
What does MeinLeadFlow cost?
MeinLeadFlow is currently in its pilot phase. Pilot customers use the product free of charge, receive personal onboarding, and shape further development with their feedback. The number of pilot slots is limited.
