Your customers' enquiry data is stored and processed with European providers. Email delivery runs through an EU provider.
Transparency about AI use
For intelligent question selection we use a leading AI service – server-side only; your visitors never communicate directly with the AI provider. All details are laid out openly in our privacy policy. We provide you with a data processing agreement (DPA).

What does MeinLeadFlow cost?
The pilot phase is currently running: as a pilot customer you use MeinLeadFlow free of charge and help shape the product with your feedback. Later plans will be fair and affordable for small businesses – and pilot customers get preferential conditions.
Does the widget require a cookie banner?
No. The widget sets no cookies and stores no data in your visitors' browsers. It therefore triggers no cookie-banner obligation.
Is MeinLeadFlow GDPR-compliant?
Yes, data protection is a core part of the product: visitor consent is built firmly into the form, enquiry data is stored with European providers, and you receive a data processing agreement from us as well as ready-made sample text for your privacy policy.
How do I embed the form into my website?
You copy a small code snippet into your website – this works with any system, whether WordPress, a site builder or a custom-built site. No rebuild needed. Alternatively, your web designer handles it in a few minutes.
What happens if a visitor doesn't want to use a form?
No one is held captive: your phone number can be shown at any time (“prefer to call directly?”), and individual questions can be skipped. The form is an offer, not a hurdle.
How does the form know which questions to ask?
From your profile: you enter your services once – optionally with your own notes and required questions – and your service area. The AI selects the right questions from these for each enquiry. You stay in control of what gets asked.
Does MeinLeadFlow work on smartphones too?
